To complement our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated and highly motivated colleague in the following position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in all matters
- Substituting for the Restaurant Manager during his absence
- Ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining consistent quality
- Operational presence and support
- Leading and motivating the associates, as well as conducting regular trainings
- Compliance and control of hygiene and quality regulations
- Close cooperation with the Restaurant and Bar Manager
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Host mentality with a skilful and competent appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills, as well as knowledge of the current F&B systems
- Hands-on mentality and goal-oriented workHigh quality awareness, affinity to luxury
- Good understanding of numbers and strong business sense
- Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,220.-
The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
