Your tasks
- Responsibility for the areas of room and event sales
- Good mastery and further development of the product portfolio
- Hotel rate strategy, revenue management
- Customer acquisition in the area of meetings & events
- The sales strategies are 80% national and 20% international
- International sales trips in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing from our team
- International sales trips in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing from our sister hotel, the Parkhotel Vitznau in Switzerland
- External representation of the hotel, organisation of customer events and hotel tours
- Strategic cooperation with partners such as "Leading Hotel of the World", agencies, consortia
- Drawing up contracts, strategic sales planning with a good understanding of figures
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Ongoing maintenance of customer relationships

Your profile
- Professional experience in the 5* hotel industry in a similar position
- Confident handling of standard MS Office programmes, Protel hotel software and revenue solutions an advantage
- Precise handling of numbers
- A feel for the needs of our customers and guests, as well as a strong guest and service orientation
- Communication skills and flexibility
- Pro-active, structured and organised way of working
- Fluency in German and English
- Positive team-orientated personality and enjoyment of participating in the development of the hotel

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2,850 on a full-time basis. Further overpayment is possible and depends on the qualification profile. The statutory gross minimum salary is € 2,220.
