Front Office Shiftleader (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Monitoring and coordinating day-to-day business at reception
- Guidance and support of the front office team in their daily work
- Ensuring smooth workflows and services
- central contact person for all guest requests
- Active participation in front office and concierge tasks
Your Profile
- completed training in the hotel industry
- Front desk experience
- a well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Enjoy dealing with people from different cultures
- very good knowledge of German and English

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2.178,00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
