Floor Supervisor (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- daily control of all guest rooms, suites and public areas
- Training of the employees about Standards, cleanliness and daily routine
- Guidance and control of the external cleaning company
- Contact partner for the room maids (m/f/d)
- Support with complainment handling
- Arrangement of necessary repairs, control und execution
- Lost & Found Handling
Your profile
- a completed education in catering or hotel industry
- professional experience in a similar position
- knowledge of MS Office programs (Opera knowledge is an advantage)
- good knowledge of German and English (any other language is also an advantage)
- Willingness, initiative, commitment and communication skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2178,00 euros per month. The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
