Your tasks
When every detail is completely focused on giving the guest a wonderful time.
- Checking the cleanliness of the rooms
- Checking the public areas
- Compliance with quality standards
- Training of new employees
- Helping with the decoration
- Close communication within the housekeeping department as well as with the front office department
- Communication with the technial department regarding repair orders
- Resolve guest complaints or forward them to the appropriate department
Your profil
- Passion for your job!
- Experience as a Floor Supevisor from the 4* - 5* range
- A trained eye and an eye for detail
- Initiative
- Friendly and cordial appearance
- Customer oriented way of working
- At least one year of leadership experience (motivation, role model function, guidance of new employees)
- OPERA knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English (knowledge of Spanish is an advantage)
Depending on training and qualifications, this position is classified in the collective agreement for manual workers (LG3). With appropriate qualifications and many years of professional experience, overpayment is possible.
