Your main tasks

Coordination of smooth room service operations according to Luxury Collection standards
Implementation of company and customer requirements in the area of airline catering
Processing of orders and related advice and recommendation to the guest
Accurate and comprehensive knowledge of current food and beverage offerings
Performing back office and mise-en-place duties as assigned
Participation in in-house training and meetings

What you should bring with you

Service training in the hotel/catering industry required
Service experience in the luxury hotel industry an advantage
Sales and quality orientation
English spoken and written, other foreign languages an advantage
Enjoys working independently
first-class appearance, exemplary guest orientation and friendliness

There is a willingness to overpay the collective agreement minimum wage of wage group 3 depending on qualifications.
