Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent management of the Front Office department
- Responsibility for ensuring a smooth workflow at the front office
- Management, motivation, training and deployment of employees and trainees
- Responsibility for drawing up the weekly duty roster and vacation schedule
- Supporting the front office team with the daily reception shifts and all reception tasks
- Central contact person for guest requests
- Professional handling of guest complaints
- Assistance with Manager on Duty services
Your Profile
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- several years of professional experience in a similar position
- knowledge of MS Office programs (Opera knowledge an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Commitment, initiative, dedication and communication skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2547,00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
