Your tasks
- To fulfill the wishes of our guests
- Check in / check out of the guests
- Support and advice for our international guests
- cashier management
- Processing, filing and passing on information on correspondence
- Handling of administrative tasks
- Handling complaints
- Maintenance of the customer file
- Training of new employees
- Various shifts: Early shift / Mid shift / Late shift are always to be covered on a weekly basis on an alternating basis
- Implementation of Meliá standards

- A successfully completed vocational training in tourism or professional experience in a similar position
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Opera knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German as well as English is a basic requirement, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
Depending on training and qualifications, this position is classified in the collective agreement for manual employees (BG5-BG3). With appropriate qualifications and many years of professional experience, overpayment is possible.
